Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

📦 Condition

Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were bought or received — unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products, perishable food items cannot be returned under any circumstances and are final sale.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

💳 Refunds

Once we have received the returned product, your refund will be issued back to the original card used for purchase or via e-transfer. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
